Painted on 300g mixed media paper. Includes a white border all the way around to assist with framing.
The Yucca plant was used by Native Americans to sew their close with the fibers. I painted the inside of the plant and focused on the threads that were used in the past. This was also the first painting I made videos of while I painted. You can find them on my Instagram or Facebook page if you would like to see the process.
